  • Change application status of travelers
  • Write internal notes on individual traveler profiles
  • Create events
  • Export reports to a CSV
  • Inactivate travelers
  • Archive programs, applications, forms

Occasional Users are typically faculty who lead short-term travel programs, on-site coordinators, resident directors who can…

  • Access all features of the admin, but only view travelers associated with assigned programs. (e.g. Professor Marks is assigned to the Research in China Seminar by a Via TRM account admin. Professor Marks can only see travelers who favorite or apply for the Research in China Seminar program.)
  • Occasional Users can not ever be granted permission to configure user permissions or edit Account Settings.

Support Users are typically part-time or hourly staff, who can…

  • Access limited admin features associated with all travelers. (e.g. Jaime is a part-time Peer Counselor in the International Center and supports every student in getting started. Jaime can see all travelers but not not create or edit Program Brochures, Application or Form Templates.)
  • Support Users can not ever be granted permission to configure user permissions or edit Account Settings.

Travelers are typically enrolled undergraduate and graduate students, but can also be faculty, staff, or community members participating on a travel program who can...
